New Mail Server settings
Your email service is moving to a new server, utilising better security, per-user SPAM filtering and a increased level of backups. POP3 and IMAP are both still supported using a secure connection as are the RoundCube and Horde webmail clients. In preparation for the move we have copied existing mail boxes to the new server however passwords cannot be copied as the new server will insist on a higher level of password security. You will therefore need to log on to the new server at https://mx01-filtered.sentinel-uk.net/vimb/auth/login and select the change password link to change the password from the default we have set to something more secure. The new password must be a minimum of 15 characters long and can be anything from words and numbers to a phrase or sentence.
To use the new server with POP3 you need the following settings:

Hostname: mx01-filtered.sentinel-uk.net
POP3 Port: 995
POP3: Use SSL enabled
SMTP Port: 587
SMTP: Use TLS/STARTTLS enabled

To use the new server with IMAP you need the following settings:

Hostname: mx01-filtered.sentinel-uk.net
IMAP Port: 143
IMAP: Use TLS/STARTTLS enabled
SMTP Port: 587
SMTP: Use TLS/STARTTLS enabled

Default mailbox password has been set to “temporary password” (without the quotes). If you have any problem then please call me.

The new webmail client can be found at https://mx01-filtered.sentinel-uk.net/
