Compatibility of equipment can be confusing, so if you are unsure as to what items work with your equipment on site, call our team on 0333 012 4302 for further advice. Alternatively, you can email a picture of your current equipment to [email protected] where someone will be happy to assist.

Orders placed for in stock items, before 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched same day. 

Standard Shipping – Royal Mail 1st class, 3-5 working days
Next Day Shipping – DPD 24 hour, next working day
Saturday Delivery – DPD Saturday delivery

Some Telecare devices need to be programmed or paired before they will operate correctly. If this is the case, clear printed instructions will be included with your device. Should you have trouble programming or pairing your device, you can call our service team on 0333 012 4302 for help.

Some devices are no longer manufactured and where an alternative is not available, we will provide refurbished devices.

The item listing will clearly state that the device is refurbished. When your device arrives, it may show physical signs of use however the device will have been fully refurbished and tested prior to dispatch.

All refurbished devices come with a 12 month warranty.

All items are dispatched in good working order however should you item arrive faulty or damaged, you should contact our customer service team on 0333 012 4302 to organise a return or replacement.

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return an item you are not happy with. The item should be returned in its original packaging, unopened and free from damage. If an item is returned to Sentinel used, or damaged then we will be unable to process a refund.
